IT Support Staff

Tanggung Jawab

• Provide technical support related to computer systems, printers, email, and network connectivity.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues.
• Assist employees with system usage, application access, file-sharing permissions, and other basic IT needs.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance and maintain accurate inventories of IT hardware, devices, and software.
• Maintain and update IT procedures, technical documentation, and support records.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge and understanding of information technology and related systems.
• Great communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work individually and in a team.
