to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of store IT systems and networks, providing technical support to end-users, and maintaining hardware and software performance to support daily business operations.
- This position will be based at
- TheFoodhall Pondok Indah Mall.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks and providing technical support to users
Familiar with IT Support, such as monitoring and maintaining all company computer systems, installing and configuring hardware and software, and solving technical issues.
- Ability to determine IT needs, provide IT assistance, and train end-users
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science /Information Technology or any related field
- Having min. of 2 years of experience as an IT support specialist, preferably from retail industry
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Having good interpersonal and communication skills
