Job Description

Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and system requirements.

Collaborate with business users, Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders to gather, validate, and document system requirements.

Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flow Diagrams, and other system documentation.

• Design system workflows, data flows, process models, and functional specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommend system improvements or enhancements.
• Support development teams by clarifying business and functional requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Perform system analysis, impact analysis, and gap analysis for new features and change requests.
• Assist QA teams in preparing test scenarios and validating system functionality during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure solutions are delivered according to business requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies related to system implementation and propose mitigation plans.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and documentation updates when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business System Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical documentation.
• Proficient in creating BRD, FSD, Use Cases, User Stories, Flowcharts, BPMN, UML, ERD, and other system documentation.
• Good understanding of databases and SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Familiar with REST API, system integration concepts, and microservices architecture is an advantage.
• Experience using documentation and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, verbal and written, are preferred.
