Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design documents.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Users, Developers, QA Engineers, and Infrastructure teams throughout the SDLC.
Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Support system integration initiatives between internal and third-party applications.
Participate in solution design discussions and provide recommendations based on business requirements.
Create functional specifications, use cases, workflow diagrams, and process documentation.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and production deployment activities.
Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
Ensure delivered solutions comply with security, performance, and regulatory standards.
Maintain project documentation and support change management activities.
Work in Agile or Waterfall project environments depending on project needs.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Familiar with story point Agile/Scrum methodology
Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
Basic knowledge of SQL and API integration (REST/JSON)
