- Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line IT support to internal users
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts and access rights via Active Directory
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Support routine system maintenance and security patching
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant IT experience
- Proficient in Windows OS; basic Linux knowledge is a plus
- Understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Good communication skills in English
