Responsibilities

Lead Technical Instruction: Deliver engaging live coding sessions and 1-on-1 consultations to simplify complex programming concepts across the full stack

Ensure Project Quality: Mentor students on practical, portfolio-building projects, conducting constructive code reviews to enforce industry best practices

Pioneer Al Integration: Successfully teach students to integrate Al features via API calls (e.g., Hugging Face) and apply these intelligent features into their final application projects

Drive Student Success: Act as a role model, providing technical support and fostering a collaborative learning environment that prepares students for the job market

Requirements

Full Stack Core: Deep proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS (ES6+). Mastery of one modern JS Framework (React/Vue/Angular). Strong experience with PHP (Laravel) and Python for API development (RESTful API)

DevOps & Cloud: Practical experience with Git (team workflows) and an understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)

AI Integration: Proven experience in using APIs for AI features. Familiarity with Hugging Face is a major asset (Understanding of RAG is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands on experience in Full Stack Development
• Experinece as IT Trainer, Mentor, Lecturer, Bootcamp Facilitator, or Technical Instructor is highly preferred
• Certification Plus: Holding a BNSP certification or other certification is highly preferred
