- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Backend Developer or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Java programming.
- Experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot Framework.
- Strong SQL query skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-initiative, disciplined, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute ideas for team improvement.
Additional Skills
- Experience leading Backend teams.
- Experience with Elastic and other non-relational databases
