- Who We're Looking For
- Education and English Proficiency
- You hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in an English-related field and have achieved at least a
- C1 level on the EFSET English Test
- Teaching Experience
- A minimum of one year of teaching or relevant professional experience is preferred.
You will also need to provide at least one professional reference from a previous employer or supervisor who can speak to your teaching performance, professionalism, and work ethic.
- Passion for Young Learners
- You genuinely enjoy working with children and teenagers and bring enthusiasm, patience, and positivity into the classroom every day.
- Professional Mindset
You are self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure. You serve as a positive role model for both students and colleagues.
- Commitment to Training
- You are willing to complete our
- three-week training programme
- , designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed from your very first day of teaching.
