General requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and comfortable working with data;
- A collaborative team player who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Specific requirements
Internship / Associate
- Majoring in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Forestry, or related fields;
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00;
- For
- Internship
- , no remaining classes during the internship period and available to join immediately for up to 6 months; and
- For
- Associate
- , recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience.
Senior Associate
3-5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, climate change, carbon management, LCA, or related consulting work;
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Forestry, Engineering (Environmental, Industrial, Chemical), or related fields;
Familiarity with GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, ISO 14040/14044, GRI, SASB, TCFD, IFRS Sustainability Standards (PSPK 1 & 2), and carbon markets; and
Experience with LCA tools (e.g. SimaPro, GaBi, OpenLCA) is an advantage.
