Junior Barista

Requirements

• Maximum age of 26 (Male / Female).
• Minimum 6 months of proven barista experience.
• Proficient in manual brew, coffee calibration, latte art, and machine/grinder operation.
• Experienced in beverage base ingredient production.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.
• Disciplined, organized, proactive communicator, and strongly detail-oriented.
• Honest, highly responsible, and possesses a strong work ethic.
• Strict compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve all food and beverages efficiently.
• Maintain strict product quality standards before serving.
• Manage raw material stock and submit regular inventory reports.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of all work areas and equipment.
• Track and report daily production volume and product flow.
