Jobdesc

• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs in Go using the Gin framework
• Model and optimize data access layers with GORM and/or SQLX, including raw SQL when performance requires it
• Design schemas, write migrations, and tune queries across PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Implement durable, long-running business processes as Temporal workflows and activities including retries, compensation logic, and idempotency
• Build asynchronous, event-driven services using message queues (RabbitMQ / KaŅa / NATS / Redis Streams)producers, consumers, dead-leƩer handling, and backpressure
• Write unit and integration tests; participate in code review
• Instrument services with structured logging, metrics, and tracing; help debug production incidents
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps on API contracts and deployment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Min. GPA 3.00) OR equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of professional Go experience (internships & side projects count).
• Core Go: Proficient in Go, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Understanding of goroutines, channels, context, and concurrency.
• APIs & DB: Experience building REST APIs (Gin, Echo, Fiber, Chi) and working with ORMs (GORM) & plain SQL.
• Databases: Solid PostgreSQL fundamentals (joins, transactions, indexes, query optimization).
• Tools & Practices: Experience with Git, basic Docker, debugging/troubleshooting, and reading technical documentation independently.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, clear technical communication, proactive problem-solver, and adaptable to AI technologies.
