Responsibilities

Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in accordance with the Pearson Curriculum

Delivering clear and engaging lessons, using various teaching methods and technologies to help students understand complex scientific and mathematical concepts.

Creating and maintaining a positive learning environment by managing classroom behavior, encouraging student participation, and fostering a respectful and collaborative atmosphere.

Working together with other teachers, staff, and school leaders to enhance the overall learning experience and integrate interdisciplinary approaches to education.

• Communicating with parents and guardians about their student's progress, areas of strength, and areas that need improvement in math and ICT
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Math or Math Education
• Teaching experience of at least 1 year in an international or national plus school
• Mastering international curriculum at least IGCSE standard/As Level (Cambridge or Pearson Edexcel)
• Proficiency in English at academic purpose level (IELTS min. 7, TOEFL minimum 590)
• Understand the use of digital technology related to the field
• Understand simple algorithms or coding
