Junior Marketing Executive

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Marketing Executive with a passion for digital marketing, social media, and content creation to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule social media content across digital platforms.
• Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Create engaging graphics using Canva and other design tools.
• Assist with copywriting for social media and email marketing.
• Support Meta Ads campaigns and lead generation activities.
• Assist with CRM data maintenance and email marketing.
• Prepare basic marketing performance reports.

Requirements

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK); Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing or content creation.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, content creation, and paid advertising.
• Able to create short-form video content for Reels and TikTok.
• Proficient in Canva or similar graphic design tools.
• Basic copywriting skills for social media and email.
• Good written communication skills in English.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working collaboratively and taking direction from senior team members.
