As a Junior Marketing professional, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth for our hospitality operations. This position is integral to helping us reach our target audiences and build lasting connections with guests and partners.
- Key responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Support the coordination of promotional events and marketing initiatives
- Conduct market research and analyse competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
- Manage and update marketing databases and customer information systems
- Assist in the creation of marketing reports and performance metrics analysis
- Support email marketing campaigns and customer communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning
- Contribute ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives
- What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and customer service orientation
- Willingness to learn and develop marketing expertise
Preferred experience: Previous internship or entry-level marketing experience, knowledge of content management systems, or experience with graphic design software
