Junior Sales Associate (Showroom Kemang)

• Junior Sales Associate (Showroom Kemang)
• position.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Assist and serve customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner
• Learn product information and support customers in selecting suitable products
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales documentation
• Input and maintain sales orders, product data, and customer information in the system
• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, payments, and delivery status
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, purchasing, accounting, and visual merchandising teams to - ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Update product availability, stock status, and pricing information to customers/designers
• Maintain organized sales documents including invoices, delivery orders, and receipts
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports
• Support the showroom team in maintaining product presentation and overall showroom readiness

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree from any major
• Background in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Marketing, Interior Design, or related fields is an advantage
• Previous experience in sales or sales administration is an advantage
• Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to new tasks and working environments
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Friendly, presentable, and comfortable interacting with customers
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Interest in sales, customer service, interior products, or home décor is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with different departments
• Willing to be based in Kemang, South Jakarta
• Able and willing to work on Saturdays

WORKING TIMES

Five Days A Week from 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM
