Junior Supervisor - D&AI (IT)

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s in electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or IT Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 2 years in IoT engineering or related roles, preferably automotive industry
• Strong grasp of IoT concepts, protocols, and architectures.
• Preferably familiar with integrating IoT systems into AI frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Ethical, loyal, diligent, challenge-driven, solution-oriented.
• Willing to be placed at Karawang Timur.

Responsibilities

• Node-RED: Skilled in creating flows, configuring built-in or custom nodes, and making real-time dashboards.
• IoT Protocols: Understands how MQTT, HTTP/REST API, Modbus, or TCP/UDP work.
• Programming: Proficient in basic JavaScript for function nodes in Node-RED, as well as basic Python or C/C++ for microcontrollers.
• Hardware: Used to working with ESP32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or industrial PLCs.
• Databases & Cloud: Able to connect systems to databases like MySQL, Influx DB, MongoDB, or IoT cloud platforms.
• Support to others dept to make, facilitate new programs till launching.
• Work together with Plant Team to find and walkthrough to solving the issue
