About the role
This is a retail store position responsible for welcoming, serving, and providing product recommendations to customers in a friendly and professional manner. The role involves managing daily store operations, maintaining product displays and store cleanliness, and ensuring accurate sales transactions.
- Key responsibilities
- Welcome, serve, and provide product recommendations to customers with friendliness and professionalism
- Conduct sales transactions and payments accurately
- Maintain product display neatness and cleanliness throughout the store
- Check stock levels, restock products, and record daily inventory
- Answer customer questions regarding products and store promotions
- Assist with all other daily store operations
- About you
- Minimum education: D3 / Bachelor's degree (University graduate)
- Fluent in English communication (spoken and written)
- Retail work experience of minimum 1 year (valued but not mandatory)
- Neat appearance, friendly, communicative, and customer service oriented
- Responsible, honest, disciplined, and able to work in a team
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Residing in the area around the store location
