About the role
Call Me Tiramisu is seeking a Cashier/Kasir to join our team. You will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to customers while managing point-of-sale transactions and maintaining accurate cash flow records.
- Key responsibilities
- Greet, interact with, and serve customers in a friendly manner
- Process payment transactions quickly and accurately
- Explain menu items, provide recommendations, and answer customer questions
- Ensure daily sales reports and physical stock (cash flow) are balanced
- Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the cashier area
- About you
- Minimum education: SMA / SMK
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Cashier/F&B Crew (Fresh graduates welcome)
- Proficient in operating POS (Point of Sale) systems and EDC/QRIS
- Honest, detail-oriented, and accurate with calculations
- Good communication skills, friendly demeanor, and neat appearance
- Willing to work weekends and national holidays
