Alchemy Canggu is a vegan restaurant dedicated to serving healthy, plant-based food in a welcoming and positive environment. We are looking for a friendly, honest, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

• Cashier
• to join our team in Canggu.
• Job Responsibilities
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card, QRIS, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Process dine-in, takeaway, and online delivery orders, including GrabFood and GoFood.
• Issue receipts and ensure the accuracy of bills and payments.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and tidy cashier counter.
• Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with customer inquiries and handle complaints professionally.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and prepare cashier reports.
• Support other operational tasks as required by the Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and digital payment methods.
• Basic computer skills and good numerical accuracy.
• Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good command of English is preferred.
