What We're Looking For
- Minimum high school, diploma or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented, honest, proficient in quick calculations, and skilled in using cashier systems/ESB.
- Possesses good communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a service-oriented mindset; ready to work shifts and under pressure.
What You'll Do
- Operate the ESB system and process cash and cashless payments (QRIS, cards, e-wallets).
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide information on the menu or promotions.
- Perform cash counts (at the start and end of shifts) and accurately compile daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding order status and maintain the cleanliness of the floor area.
