Job Description

Manage warehouse operations to ensure efficient handling of goods and timely fulfillment of orders placed on the marketplace platform.

Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and organizing products to optimize space utilization and facilitate easy retrieval.

• Coordinate with logistics team to arrange shipments and returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivery processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts and optimize stock levels based on demand patterns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as customer service and marketing, to address customer inquiries and promote sales initiatives.

Analyze warehouse performance metrics, such as order fulfillment rates and inventory turnover, to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.

Uphold high standards of customer service by providing timely responses to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with buyers and sellers.
