Are you a passionate professional with 2–3 years of experience in education, child development, or psychology, looking for a role with real impact? We are looking for an inspiring leader to manage our day-to-day operations, lead our team, and cultivate a warm, positive learning environment.

• Key Responsibilities
• Pedagogical Leadership & Curriculum Implementation

Oversee the implementation of the curriculum provided by the HQ team, ensuring high standards of teaching and developmentally appropriate practices.

Mentor, coach, and guide teachers on modern pedagogical approaches, classroom management, and engaging instructional techniques.

Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to educators to continuously improve teaching quality and learning outcomes.

Child Development & Assessment

Monitor children's developmental milestones and academic/social progress, ensuring early identification of any learning or behavioral challenges.

• Guide teachers in designing differentiated learning strategies to cater to the unique needs of every child.
• Center Operations & Leadership

Manage daily center operations, implement HQ standard operating procedures (SOPs), lead staff hiring and training, and oversee the center's budget.

4. Parent Relations & Communication

Build trusting, empathetic relationships with parents through regular developmental updates, parent-teacher conferences, and consultations regarding children's growth and learning strategies.

• Ideal Qualifications
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education (ECE), Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of practical working experience in education, teaching, childcare, or psychology-related roles.
• Strong background or deep understanding of early childhood pedagogy and child psychology.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable demeanor.
• Active English communication skills (strongly preferred).
• Tech-savvy with a good command of data tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
• A genuine passion for working with children and a strong alignment with our social mission in early childhood education.
