About the role

Lead and oversee the entire shoe production process from upstream to downstream operations, ensuring daily and monthly output targets are met efficiently while maintaining quality standards and safety compliance.

• Key responsibilities
• Manage and supervise the entire shoe production process from start to finish
• Ensure daily and monthly output targets are achieved on time with cost efficiency
• Maintain product quality standards (QC) to ensure products are defect-free and meet buyer specifications
• Lead, motivate, and evaluate the performance of supervisors and operators on the production floor
• Ensure implementation of workplace safety procedures (K3) in the factory area
• About you
• Minimum D3/S1 education (Industrial Engineering/Management preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Production Head/Senior Supervisor in shoe/footwear manufacturing industry
• Understanding of shoe production processes including cutting, sewing, lasting, and assembling
• Strong and decisive leadership qualities
• Ability to work under high target pressure
