Due to our business expansion, we are looking for a Key Account Business Development Officer. University students, fresh graduates, and early-career professionals are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in acquiring and maintaining high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and institutional partners.
- Identify client needs and support the development of suitable financial service and business cooperation proposals.
- Participate in client meetings, business negotiations, networking events, and follow-up activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Collect relevant market and client information.
- Support other business development initiatives and project execution.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at or graduated from a leading university in Indonesia.
- Majoring in Finance, Economics, Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
- For graduates, preferably no more than three years of professional work experience.
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written business communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and confident in engaging with clients and business partners.
Willing to attend client meetings, networking events, and business functions when required, including occasional activities outside regular working hours.
- Strong interest in financial services, key account management, sales, or business development.
- Relevant internship, organizational, sales, or client-facing experience is an advantage.
