Key Account Executive MT (Mandarin Speaker)

Tanggung Jawab

• Manage and develop relationships with Modern Trade key accounts, including supermarkets, minimarkets, pharmacies, and specialty stores.
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives for assigned accounts.
• Execute account plans, product listings, trade promotions, and in-store activities.
• Monitor sell-in, sell-out, stock availability, distribution, and account performance.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, promotions, and trading agreements with key accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth account operations.
• Ensure proper execution of product displays, visibility, and merchandising in stores.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account performance analysis.
• Communicate effectively with
• Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1
• year of experience in Key Account Management
• , preferably in Modern Trade.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• with good business communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Modern Trade channels and retail operations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in
• Microsoft Excel
• and sales reporting tools.
• Experience in
• FMCG or beauty industry
• is a plus.
