The successful candidate must be fluent in English and committed to nurturing a love for reading in children.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive reading lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to parents and guardians.
- Create a supportive and engaging classroom environment that encourages active student participation and enthusiasm.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and learning resources to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance instructional strategies and improve student outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or relevant teaching credentials.
- Proven experience in teaching reading or literacy, preferably at the elementary level.
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students and their families.
- Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet individual student needs.
