Qualifications & Skills

• Good communication skills in written and spoken English
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a KOL & Affiliate
• Great communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• TikTok savvy and able to measure TikTok performance
• Up-to-date with current social media trends
• Great interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Team player and enjoys interacting with people

Responsibilities

Identifying Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) & Affiliators: Discover and categorize influential individuals across various industries and communities.

• Building Relationships: Connect with KOLs/Affiliators, nurture these connections, and understand their interests to strengthen partnerships.
• Negotiation: Handle partnership agreements, compensation, and deliverables with KOLs/Affiliators to ensure mutual benefits.
• Partnership Development: Collaborate with KOLs/Affiliators to create content and campaigns that resonate with our brand identity.
• Tracking Performance: Monitor the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
