We are expanding our team and looking for a creative, data-driven Affiliate Specialist to help scale our creator and affiliate marketing network.

Role Overview

As an Affiliate Specialist, you will be the driving force behind finding, vetting, and managing beauty creators, influencers, and affiliates. You will turn beauty trends into performance-driven revenue while building authentic partnerships that align with COLORROSE’s aesthetic and values.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Screening & Vetting: Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-potential affiliate partners, micro-influencers, and content creators who fit the COLORROSE brand aesthetic.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key affiliate metrics (conversion rates, sales performance, ROI, and engagement) to optimize partner performance.

Strategic Decision-Making: Make data-backed decisions on commission structures, campaign budgets, and creator partnerships to maximize ROI.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, providing them with assets, creative guidance, and support.

• Campaign Execution: Coordinate product launch gifting, promotional campaigns, and exclusive affiliate offers.
• Requirements & Qualifications

Good Taste in Beauty: A deep passion for makeup and beauty trends. You know what looks good, what’s trending on TikTok/Instagram, and what content resonates with beauty enthusiasts.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, track affiliate link/code performance, and translate metrics into actionable strategies.

Strong Screening Abilities: Keen intuition and sharp evaluation skills to identify authentic, high-converting creators while filtering out fake engagement.

Decisive Leader: Strong judgment and decision-making skills to manage budgets, resolve partner issues, and prioritize high-value opportunities.

Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for negotiating fair, performance-based partnerships.

Relevant Experience: 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or creator operations (beauty/E-commerce industry preferred).
