Responsibilities
- Source and recruit affiliates, KOLs, and content creators.
- Build and maintain good relationships with creators and agencies.
- Coordinate product seeding and affiliate collaborations.
- Assist in planning and executing TikTok Affiliate campaigns.
- Monitor affiliate performance, including GMV, orders, and creator performance.
- Follow up with creators to ensure content is posted on schedule.
- Maintain creator database and campaign records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Work closely with the E-commerce, Live Streaming, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in KOL, Affiliate, Influencer Marketing, Social Media, or E-commerce.
- Familiar with TikTok Shop Affiliate and creator ecosystem.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple creators simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
