📌 Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a KOL Specialist, Affiliate Specialist, or similar role
- Experience in Electronic, Beauty, 3C industry is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, especially,
- TikTok Seller Center, TikTok Affiliate Center, TikTok Shop / Affiliate Program, TikTok Creator Marketplace is a plus
- Experienced in KOL/Affiliate sourcing, approaching, negotiating, dealing, and follow-up
- Able to identify potential TikTok creators based on niche, audience, engagement, views, and sales potential
- Experienced in managing KOL & Affiliate campaigns from start to finish
- Strong understanding of GMV, ROI, conversion, engagement, posting rate, and campaign performance
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with KPIs and deadlines
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, influencers, and affiliate creators
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel is a plus
- Existing TikTok KOL/Affiliate network is a strong advantage
- -Able to speak, write, read in Mandarin is a plus
