PT Cantik Alami Sehat is looking for a KOL Specialist Intern to join our Marketing & Brand team. You will gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, campaign execution, and social media performance analysis.

You will support KOL and content creator research, coordinate influencer campaigns, communicate with talents, and monitor campaign performance.

Here are the qualifications you must have

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Have less than 1 year of experience
• Beauty enthusiast with a strong interest in beauty, skincare, and lifestyle trends.
• Active and familiar with TikTok and Instagram
• Proven negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in using social media analytics tools and preparing data-driven reports.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• What will you do?
• Research, identify, and recruit relevant KOL, influencers, and content creators (nano to macro) aligned with brand goals

End-to-end management of influencer campaigns, including dealing, administration process, scheduling posts, reviewing content for brand compliance, and tracking deliverables

• Lead outreach, negotiate rate cards and terms, manage contracts, and handle talent payments efficiently.
• Establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with KOLs, agencies, and talent management entities

Monitor campaign performance metrics (Reach, Engagement, ROI, Conversion), evaluate success, and present actionable insights in weekly/monthly reports.

Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and competitor influencer strategies
