About the role
This role involves managing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods, as well as leading and coordinating a warehouse team.
- Key responsibilities
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against delivery documents, Purchase Orders (PO), or shipping documentation
- Organize and arrange goods placement in warehouse areas or shelves according to category and security systems
- Prepare orders through picking and packing, verify goods for shipment, and ensure shipping documentation is complete
- Conduct regular stock inventory checks, monitor stock levels, and record incoming and outgoing goods movements
- Monitor goods approaching expiration dates and identify potential stock damage or deterioration
- Arrange work schedules, assign daily tasks, and oversee operator performance
- Prepare daily or periodic reports on inventory stock, receipts, and goods distribution to management
- Ensure the entire team complies with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the warehouse environment
