- L2 Data Protection Platform Engineer
- 📍 Location: Jakarta (Full-time)
- 📄 Status: Contract for the duration of the project
As a L2 Data Protection Platform Engineer, you will manage the CipherTrust Manager and CipherTrust Vaultless Tokenization server, and perform extensive troubleshooting when issues arise.
Key Responsibilities
- ✅ Gather and document requirements for system creation, modification, upgrade, or dismantling from users
- ✅ Perform testing, troubleshooting, and RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
- ✅ Follow up with users and related applications when anomalous or irregular traffic is found
- ✅ Maintain system and SOP documentation
- ✅ Ensure system compliance with local data protection regulations
Qualifications
- 🎓 Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 📌 2–5 years of experience in IT Operations or System Administration with extensive troubleshooting experience
- 📌 Strong understanding of Linux and Networking
- 📌 Familiarity with UU PDP (Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law), personal data tokenization, and vaultless tokenization
- 📌 Experience with Grafana, Splunk SIEM, or similar tools
- 📌 Strong communication and analytical skills
