We are currently hiring for the following positions

• Paralegal
• Junior Associate
• Associate
• Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and assist in the preparation of legal documents, agreements, and corporate filings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal analyses to support client matters and transactions.

Assist in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and general corporate matters.

• Support clients on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management matters.
• Liaise with government authorities, clients, and other stakeholders when required.
• Work closely with colleagues and clients to deliver practical and commercially sound legal solutions.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

• Relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for Paralegal and Junior Associate positions.
• PERADI license is an advantage for Associate and Senior Associate positions.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, commercial law, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Mandarin proficiency will be considered an advantage.
