Tanggung Jawab
- Handling litigation matters in civil and/or criminal cases
- Representing clients in court proceedings and legal hearings
- Drafting legal documents such as lawsuits, responses, legal opinions, and agreements
- Conducting legal research and case analysis
- Coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials
- Ensuring all case handling complies with applicable laws and professional standards
- Managing case strategy from initial filing to final judgment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.)
- Licensed Advocate (PERADI or equivalent)
- Experienced as a Lawyer, preferably in litigation
- Strong understanding of Indonesian civil and criminal procedure law
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple cases simultaneously
