Tanggung Jawab

• Handling litigation matters in civil and/or criminal cases
• Representing clients in court proceedings and legal hearings
• Drafting legal documents such as lawsuits, responses, legal opinions, and agreements
• Conducting legal research and case analysis
• Coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials
• Ensuring all case handling complies with applicable laws and professional standards
• Managing case strategy from initial filing to final judgment

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.)
• Licensed Advocate (PERADI or equivalent)
• Experienced as a Lawyer, preferably in litigation
• Strong understanding of Indonesian civil and criminal procedure law
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple cases simultaneously
