About the Role

• We are looking for an experienced
• Lead AI Engineer

to lead the design and development of enterprise-level AI solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background, hands-on AI experience, and experience building technology solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of
• AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
• Design scalable and reliable AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to AI/engineering teams.
• Work closely with Product, Data, Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
• Ensure good engineering practices, including code quality, testing, monitoring, security, and documentation.
• Evaluate AI technologies, models, frameworks, and tools based on business and technical requirements.
• Mentor engineers and support technical capability development within the team.

Kualifikasi

• Around
• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, or related technical roles
• Strong software engineering foundation with hands-on experience building production-level systems.
• Strong experience in

AI/ML

• , preferably including
• Generative AI, LLM, and RAG
• Experience designing or building
• enterprise-level solutions
• in complex environments.
• Experience can come from either a
• technology consulting/system integrator background
• or an
• internal engineering/product team
• within an enterprise.
• Good understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and AI integration.
• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is a plus.
