About the Role

Online Fellas is seeking a confident and results-oriented Lead Generation and Sales Virtual Assistant to help clients identify potential customers and support their sales process. The ideal candidate is comfortable with online research, outreach, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate sales records.

• Key Responsibilities
• Research potential customers based on the client’s target market.
• Build and maintain accurate prospect and contact lists.
• Verify business and decision-maker information.
• Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, or other approved channels.
• Personalise outreach messages using provided templates.
• Qualify leads based on agreed criteria.
• Schedule appointments or sales calls for clients.
• Update lead status, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Track outreach activity, response rates, and appointments.
• Provide regular lead-generation and sales reports.

Requirements

• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong online research and communication skills.
• Confidence in contacting and following up with potential customers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and lead-generation tools is preferred.
• Organised, persistent, and comfortable working with targets.
• Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
• Reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection.
