Lean Leader - Pekalongan (Factory)

Tanggung Jawab

• Lead and implement Lean / Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Analyze current processes and propose improvements
• Reduce waste and improve productivity and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on improvement activities
• Monitor improvement results and perform data analysis
• Prepare improvement reports and standard operating procedures
• Provide employees with lean production training and write related reports

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Lean / Continuous Improvement (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Familiar with Lean tools and methodologies (6S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis)
• Ability to analyze and improve manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of quality improvement tools (Fishbone Diagram, 5 Why, PDCA)
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel or other analytical tools)
