SVRG.id is looking for a proactive and people-oriented People Development Specialist to support employee growth, improve performance, and build a strong learning culture across the company.

• Job Responsibilities
• Identify employee training needs and develop effective training and development programs.
• Plan, organize, and conduct employee training, workshops, and onboarding programs.
• Develop and implement Individual Development Plans (IDP) and employee career development programs.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and employee development progress.
• Support performance management, competency assessments, and employee evaluations.
• Develop competency frameworks, training materials, and career development paths.
• Work closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and improve team performance.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and organizational development programs.
• Prepare regular reports on training activities, employee development, and program effectiveness.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in People Development and Learning & Development (L&D).
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs, competency assessments, and employee development initiatives.
• Good understanding of performance management, competency mapping, and career development.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to analyze training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with different departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience in a growing company or fast-paced environment is an advantage.
