LEGAL ASSOCIATE

About The Role

Legal Associate is responsible to perform legal research and analysis to anticipates and protect company interest against legal risks in order to minimize risk and to comply with company regulation including the governance.

Job Description

Provide practical, timely, and high-quality legal advice and counsel related matters including digitalization across the AMFS & DPLK AXA Mandiri. This includes working closely, collaborating, and coordinating with key stakeholders to advise on applicable regulations and guidelines affecting the Company's business.

Drafting and/or reviewing of the draft agreement, including attend the meeting with counterpart and proactively provide valuable input during the meeting.

• Conducting legal research and make a summary draft proposal action based on the research.
• Review new or existing products documentations, marketing material or promotion program or other commercial program related.
• Perform timely delivery of correspondence and legal document to other party

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law major
• Has experience min 0-2 years in legal corporate.
• Hold license from PERADI, if any.
• Has Risk Management certification will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge related to digitalization (in legal aspects)
• Deep understanding of life insurance and pension fund and its regulatory environment
• Advance knowledge in contract drafting
• Power Point, Excel (Microsoft office)
