Legal Associate

• Key Responsibilities
• Provide legal advice to clients and business partners regarding their rights, obligations, and potential legal risks.
• Conduct legal research and collect relevant information to support ongoing cases and matters.
• Assist the legal team in developing legal arguments, strategies, and appropriate solutions.
• Monitor and communicate the progress of assigned matters to Partners or senior team members.
• Prepare, review, and manage court-related and other legal/administrative documents.
• Act as a liaison between clients, partners, and relevant parties to facilitate effective communication and reach practical resolutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in legal practice.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in corporate law, general corporate matters, and commercial transactions.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university with a strong academic background.
• Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, communicative, and able to take initiative in handling assignments.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach matters creatively and strategically.
