Legal & Compliance Officer – Oil & Gas / Drilling Office Jakarta

General Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Law is a must.

Minimum 4 years of working experience in an in-house legal department in oil & gas, energy, drilling, offshore services, or related industries. Have experienced in reputable law firm will be an advantage.

Strong experience in commercial contract drafting, review, negotiation, and contract risk management.

Understanding of oil & gas operations, particularly drilling activities, rig operations, oilfield services, or offshore operations will be an advantage.

• Good knowledge of corporate law, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to understand business operations and provide practical legal solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written
