Job Descriptions
- Provide legal reviews/opinions regarding the legal aspects of the company’s transactions and business activities.
- Review and provide feedback on draft agreements or other legal documents.
- Draft or review powers of attorney, statements, cooperation agreements, collateral documents, and other related legal documents.
- Prepare summaries of regulations and provisions issued by the relevant authorities.
- Ensure that the company’s business and activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist the Compliance & Legal Manager with compliance and legal functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 3 year of experience in fintech or financial services institutions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating contracts/agreements.
