Bachelor's Degree in Law
Proven experience working in a Payment Service Provider (PSP), banking, fintech, financial institution, or other regulated financial services industry.
Hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including partnerships with banks, merchants, technology providers, vendors, and other third parties.
Strong experience in corporate legal matters, including corporate governance, business licensing, amendments to Articles of Association, and coordination with notaries and government authorities.
Solid understanding of payment system regulations and applicable Bank Indonesia regulations, with the ability to interpret regulatory changes and ensure effective implementation.
Experience in preparing legal opinions, conducting legal reviews, and identifying and mitigating legal risks related to products, services, and business operations.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Compliance, Risk Management, Operations, Technology, and Business teams to support new products, strategic partnerships, and business initiatives.
Excellent legal drafting, analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Strong knowledge of regulations related to payment systems, consumer protection, personal data protection, Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CFT), outsourcing, and corporate governance.
Experience in managing regulatory licensing, reporting, or correspondence with Bank Indonesia or other financial regulators.
Experience supporting digital payment products, API integrations, cloud technology agreements, or other financial technology initiatives is highly desirable.
