LEGAL HEAD

Responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s legal activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, with a focus on legal advisory, financing documentation, legal risk management, litigation, and asset protection. The role provides practical legal support to business and operational functions, works closely with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel, and represents the company in legal proceedings when required.

• Resposibilities
• Provide legal advice and guidance to management and business units on financing, operational, and corporate legal matters.
• Review, draft, and negotiate legal agreements, contracts, financing documents, and other legal documents.
• Ensure the company’s business activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Manage and monitor the company’s litigation and dispute resolution matters, including civil and criminal cases.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and court hearings when required, in addition to coordinating with external lawyers.
• Manage external legal counsel, including case strategy, performance, cost, and progress monitoring.
• Support

• activities from a legal perspective.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks arising from business and operational activities.
• Handle legal matters related to agreements, collateral, fiduciary security, debt recovery, and other financing-related issues.
• Develop and maintain legal policies, procedures, templates, and standard agreements.
• Conduct legal research and provide updates on relevant regulatory and legal developments.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of legal cases, contracts, and other legal matters.
• Collaborate with internal departments, regulators, notaries, government institutions, and external legal counsel as required.
• Provide legal support for strategic business initiatives and other matters assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable university.
• PERADI advocate license / valid advocate certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a multifinance, banking, financial services, or related industry.
• Hands-on experience in handling court proceedings and representing companies in legal matters.

Good knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to financing, civil and criminal law, contracts, fiduciary security, and debt collection.

• Strong legal drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good business acumen with the ability to translate legal issues into practical business solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently .
