Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Law major.
- Experience Min 1-2 years.
- Basic knowledge of corporate, civil, and employment law.
- Good legal research and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of contracts and legal documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team.
Job Desc
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and legal issues.
- Assist in reviewing contracts, agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and other legal documents.
- Ensure legal documents are properly recorded and easily accessible.
- Assist the Legal team with corporate legal matters and compliance activities.
- Assist in preparing compliance reports and documentation.
- Perform other legal-related tasks assigned by the Legal Supervisor or Manager.
