Job Description
Provide legal support on corporate secretarial matters, including corporate approvals, shareholders' and board resolutions, and maintenance of corporate records.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on various legal agreements to support the company's business operations.
- Support company expansion projects by providing legal assistance on corporate structuring, regulatory requirements, and implementation.
- Manage the company's licensing matters, including maintaining existing licenses and assisting in obtaining new licenses and permits.
Assist in managing the company's regulatory and compliance obligations, including statutory filings and periodic reports to relevant authorities.
- Prepare and coordinate quarterly and other mandatory regulatory reports to relevant government authorities and regulators.
- Conduct legal research and regulatory monitoring to identify changes in laws and regulations affecting the company.
- Draft, review, and maintain corporate legal documents and internal policies.
- Coordinate with regulators, external counsels, and government authorities on corporate and regulatory matters.
- Support legal due diligence and corporate transactions when required.
- Engage, partner, liaise with, and manage internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
- Maintain legal documentation and ensure proper filing and record management.
- Demonstrate good project management and legal communication skills.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Law degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
- Great leadership track record in on-campus organizations or other extracurricular activities.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- At least 1.5 years of experience in a law firm or startup/in-house legal team.
- Experience in corporate legal, regulatory, or compliance matters is preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of Indonesian corporate laws and regulatory framework.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
