Job Role

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal support and advice to the management team, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The Legal Officer will play a key role in managing legal risks, drafting and reviewing contracts, and handling various legal matters that arise in the operation of the mall.
Job Description
- Provide legal advice and support to the mall management team.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Manage legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate potential issues.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on legal matters and compliance.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Willing to be placed at Terrasentra, Soreang.
