Deskripsi pekerjaan Legal Operations Officer FHD Synergy - Insurance Consulting and Brokerage
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university, preferably with GPA 3.0
- or above.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in legal operations, paralegal work, financing documentation
- or banking legal administration.
- Sharia Knowledge: Good understanding of Islamic banking principles and Sharia financing contracts (akad),
- particularly Murabahah, Musyarakah, Mudharabah and Ijarah.
- Banking Experience: Prior experience in Sharia banking, conventional banking, multifinance or other financial
- institutions is preferred.
- Direct experience handling financing documentation is a strong advantage.
- Legal Knowledge: Basic understanding of Indonesian contract law, banking regulations, OJK requirements and
- DSN-MUI fatwas applicable to Sharia financing.
- Language: Fluent Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken. English proficiency is an advantage.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
