Qualifications
- Minimum High School/Vocational School graduate
- Previous experience as a Lifeguard is preferred
- Holds a valid Lifeguard Certification (preferred)
- Certified in First Aid and CPR
- Strong swimming and water rescue skills
- Able to work outdoors
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Friendly, attentive, and guest-oriented
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts
- Able to join immediately is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of all guests in and around the swimming pool and beach area
- Monitor water conditions and enforce safety regulations
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies
- Perform water rescues and administer first aid or CPR when required
- Conduct routine inspections of rescue equipment and safety facilities
- Maintain cleanliness and safety around the pool area
- Assist guests with safety information and provide excellent customer service
- Report incidents, hazards, and maintenance issues to management
